Cape Byron Distillery is a proud family owned & run distillery (the Brook Family & Jim McEwan) situated on the Brook Family’s farm in the hinterland of Byron Bay.

In 2014, Jim McEwan & Eddie Brook met for the first time and when Jim learned of the family’s passion for regeneration & the native flavours abundant in their rainforest the idea for Cape Byron Distillery was born! They have a passion for excellence, sustainability and giving back to our local community.

At Cape Byron Distillery, they keep true to the time honoured traditions and art of distillation whilst creating spirits that capture and showcase the unique terroir of the Northern Rivers (greater Byron Bay region). They are here to create a new chapter in the book of Australian Distilleries.
