Byron Bay Lighthouse
The famous Cape Byron Lighthouse is located upon Australia’s most easterly point with views that are second to none! Enjoy sweeping, panoramic views over the bustling Byron CBD and rolling green hills of the hinterland. From May to November, you may even be able to spot humpback whales out to sea during their annual migration.
The walking trail from Byron Bay’s Main Beach to the iconic Lighthouse will take you around 45 minutes to complete one-way.
Insider tip: on the way back down, take a slight detour to Fisherman’s Lookout where you can watch the morning surfers hitting the waves at The Pass.
