Floating timber floors add a little luxury and there’s practical timber bench seating that runs along parallel living room walls. Share meals at the 6-seat dining table and relax on the leather modular sofas, with Smart TV, Netflix access (own account required) and complimentary Wi-Fi. Glass sliding doors open fully from the living space to the outdoor patio, creating a seamless flow from inside to out while letting in plenty of natural light.
Guests will not have to leave the house, with the kitchen at Your Place including a four-element cooktop, rangehood, oven, microwave and double door fridge, plus dishwasher and coffee machine.

This beachside apartment is located just 450m from Belongil Beach - stroll across the road to swim, surf and relax at one of Byron’s most beautiful beaches. Take a 15 minute gorgeous beachside stroll just 1km to arrive at the centre of Byron Bay town, with shopping, dining, entertainment and wellness activities all at your fingertips, as well as stunning natural attractions like The Pass, Clarkes Beach and Cape Byron Lighthouse.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
