Feel like one of the esteemed locals when you stay at this captivating cottage on this stunning tree-lined street. Stanhope is located in one of the most popular parts of town - close to everything and still secluded enough for you to enjoy some peace. Walk 3 minutes to town or 8 minutes to Main Beach. Discover the world of surfing and organise lessons for the family. Or take them to the local basketball courts, only 5 minutes away, and let the young ones burn off the delicious fish and chips. Here, guests can also make use of the tennis courts and soccer fields.
Guests also have access to the local greengrocer, Bay Grocer, which is around the corner and offers fresh produce as well as ready-to-heat meals - which can be quite a treat at the end of a long day! Woolworths is also close, as well as a cinema, the Visitor Information Centre, the Byron Community Centre and Byron Theatre and all the restaurants, bars and cafes of town.

- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
