Living, Dining and Cooking

Relax on leather lounges in the living space, complete with reverse cycle air conditioning and catch up on your favourite streaming service with the Smart TV and complimentary wifi. Gorgeous French windows and doors adorn the living and dining spaces offering continuous glimpses of those Hinterland views and creating a seamless flow to the outdoor deck. Dine indoors at the timber table adjacent to the kitchen or simply step beyond to the outdoor covered space for a BBQ and al fresco dining.

Pick up an antique or an eclectic item from the Emporium, get your hands on some high-end homewares and get your caffeine fix from a range of locally sourced and locally loved coffee shops. The local markets are revered and promise fresh produce, good coffee and live music. From Bangalow, easily access some of the Byron Hinterland’s best nature offerings, including Minyon Falls. Drive only 15 minutes to get to the action of Byron Bay and all of Byron’s best beaches.

- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

- No smoking inside the property.
- Gold Coast properties only: Group bookings for those who live between the Gold Coast and Brisbane will be via approval only.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
