This second floor apartment comprises of two bedrooms - the master with a queen bed and the other with two bunks, one single bunk and the other with a queen on the bottom and single on top allowing up to 6 guests to sleep comfortably or 7 if the group includes small children. The property boasts a comfortable living area complete with a large smart flatscreen TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a single lock up garage. Both bedrooms also have flatscreen TV's and pedestal fans. The property is equipped with complimentary WiFi internet and has an ipod dock speaker.
Sit on your balcony at night, cook a BBQ on your Webber BBQ and enjoy the sounds of the ocean directly across the road. Wake up to an invigorating walk along the famous lighthouse circuit and follow up with a gourmet breakfast and coffee at the highly rated Byron Beach Cafe located directly opposite the property.
The property also has two complimentary mountain bikes, a mini malibu surfboard, portacot, beach umbrella and various beach toys for use, all located in the lockup garage downstairs.

Booking Information
- Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property.

- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- Schoolies permitted at this property for suitable groups. All bookings must be approved directly by a member of APS staff after the schoolies terms and conditions have been discussed and accepted. See Terms and Conditions for more info.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
