The property boasts a comfortable living area complete with a large smart TV and DVD, a fully equipped kitchen, single bathroom and a lock-up garage with space for 1 vehicle. Both bedrooms also have flatscreen TVs and pedestal fans, while the property is also equipped with complimentary WiFi.

Soak up the morning sun on the spacious balcony, cook a BBQ on your Weber or simply enjoy the sounds of the ocean directly across the road. Wake up to an invigorating walk along the famous lighthouse circuit and follow up with a gourmet breakfast and coffee at the highly rated Byron Beach Cafe, located directly opposite the property.

Lisa's on Lawson is your classic holiday rental where you can explore much of what Byron Bay has to offer on foot and leave your car at home.

PLEASE NOTE: Landscaping and construction works are currently taking place around the perimeter of the complex, with a roped off perimeter and no access via the front door. Access to the complex is temporarily changed, with entry via the back door only.

Noise levels are expected to vary during construction, so please consider these works when booking and feel free to discuss with our helpful team so we can make your stay as pleasant as possible. The apartment itself is not directly impacted by the complex works.

  • No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
  • Schoolies permitted at this property for suitable groups. All bookings must be approved directly by a member of APS staff after the schoolies terms and conditions have been discussed and accepted. See Terms and Conditions for more info.
  • No smoking inside the property.
  • If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
  • A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

Great apartment, good location, walking distance to everything, good size and plenty of room. We loved staying here for our Byron vacation - what a lovely place with great weather.

The property is old but well maintained. Our highlights were sitting on the balcony with a coffee in the mornings, walking up to the Lighthouse and treating ourselves to an icecream after that looong climb! We loved taking photos of the stunning sunsets and sleeping in a comfy bed.

Great value, well organised accommodation for our family / friends group. We really enjoyed the well equipped apartment and totally recommend this great location.
