The double lock up garage has room for 1 large or 2 small cars and from Clique 3, it’s an easy walk along the path at the rear of the complex beside the reserve to Main Beach and to the centre of Byron Bay town, with a huge range of retail options, restaurants, cafes and bars.

Hire Clique 3 on it’s own, or in combination with neighbouring properties Clique 1 and Clique 2.

Bathrooms
Clique 3 has 2 bathrooms with a marble look interior and a separate downstairs toilet. Both the main bathroom and the ensuite have a shower and vanity and there is a separate toilet downstairs.

Outdoor & Pool
A stylish covered outdoor space, accessed via the cooking and living spaces, comes complete with outdoor lounges and BBQ. Enjoy al fresco dining while overlooking the sparkling plunge pool and tropical gardens. Please note, the plunge pool is in not a hot tub or jacuzzi, and is small in size, with a depth of 1m. 
There is also a reserve at the rear of the property with a direct path to town.

Parking
Clique 3 has a double lock up garage with parking for 1 x large car or 2 x small cars. Please note parking in the garage is tight and there is no on-street parking available.

Pets 
Clique 3 is a pet-friendly property - pets are welcome at this property but must abide by our terms and conditions. Please advise us at the time of booking or prior to arrival if you are bringing a pet with you.

Clique 3 sits in a prime Byron Bay location and backs on to a reserve, with views of the parkland beyond. Located just moments from the world-famous waves of Main Beach and the centre of town, guests will be spoilt for choice with a huge range of cafes, restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping and more. Enjoy easy access to the beautiful natural environment, including national parks and the iconic Byron Bay Lighthouse.

  • If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
  • A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

Great team to deal with and look after the schoolie's group. Loved the meet and greet from one of the staff members -- well worth a visit. Will definitely use their services again.

The look and feel of the property was very fresh and clean. The plunge pool was great too. The location was also very handy and we used the path in to town everyday.
