It offers a single lock up garage, private courtyard with an outdoor shower and a huge upstairs deck with BBQ and outdoor table setting, allowing you to capture the most of the beautiful sub tropical Byron climate. There are three bedrooms downstairs with the master Queen bedroom coming equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom with a walk in robe. The other two bedrooms have twin singles. A second bathroom with a bath and laundry is also located downstairs.
The upstairs area is a large open plan living / dining / kitchen - the perfect place to relax in front of a movie after a big day out and about. This area leads out onto your north facing deck which offers a sunlounger, BBQ and a large 8 seater outdoor table setting. All rooms offer ceiling fans for your comfort. The property boats a large flatscreen TV, DVD, Austar and complimentary wireless broadband.
Clarkes Beach Villa is directly opposite the popular Byron Beach Cafe which offers great breakfast and lunch options with an outlook looking over Clarkes Beach. Watch the waves roll through from The Pass whilst sampling some culinary delights. Or why not take a short 5 min walk up Massinger St to the 'locals' hang at The Top Shop and grab a quality coffee whilst soaking up the sun on the lawn out front? - No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
