Living 
The property boats indoor living areas on both levels - each equipped with a Smart TV and comfortable seating. For those who are up for coffee and conversation, the top-floor verandah is a great space to unwind. 

Dining and Cooking
The open plan kitchen and dining space is located downstairs, featuring a lovely wooden top island bench and open shelves. The pristine countertop is home to an electric stove top, oven, dishwasher, and a coffee machine (starter pack of pods provided). 

Wine and dine at the marble-top dining table or gather around alfresco-style on the covered verandah. The outdoor space also features a BBQ that’s perfect for a summertime cookout.

Sleeping 
All light-filled bedrooms on the top floor feature a door that opens to a verandah that leads to a pleasant seating area - a great space to kick back with a drink in your hand. One of the upstairs bedrooms features 2 single beds - ideal for families travelling with kids. 

The main bedroom - equipped with a comfy king - is located on the ground floor, while all bedrooms feature ceiling fans to keep things nice and comfortable.

Cape Cottage features 2 pristine bathrooms split across both levels, each fitted with a shower, single vanity and toilet.

Laundry 
The property’s European-style laundry area - located on the ground level - includes a washer, iron, and ironing board. A clothesline and airer (no dryer) are also available.

Cape Cottage’s backyard garden features a covered verandah for outdoor entertaining, making it a delightful place to relax and unwind. There’s also a pleasant outdoor lounge area on the top floor of the home that’s surrounded by gorgeous palm trees.

Stunning Tallow Beach (1.4km) is close to home, while popular Suffolk Park is also a short journey (4.3km) from the property, for additional dining options.
