The studio apartments have their own driveway separate from the main house at the front, and are all linked together via a private, undercover boardwalk.
The self-contained, open plan studio features a queen bed, ensuite bathroom, custom-built couch, flat screen TV, and a small kitchenette with a microwave, bar fridge, kettle, and toaster. The property also boasts a tranquil rear balcony that overlooks a serene reserve, with shared laundry access also available.
The property - ideal for a couples retreat - is ideally situated at the end of a private no-through-road, just 6 minutes stroll from the centre of Byron Bay and award-winning restaurants, cafes and tourist venues. Stay and enjoy a variety of arts and entertainment venues, cinemas, local produce and craft markets, world-famous festivals and circus facilities.

Living and Dining
Compact in design yet comfortable, the living space has everything you could need for a beach getaway. The room pops with a custom-built couch and stylish coffee table, with outdoor dining available just outside on the private deck. There’s also a flat screen TV, allowing you to catch-up on essential holiday viewing. The small kitchenette includes a bar fridge, plus basic amenities like a toaster, kettle and microwave. Guests will also love the coffee machine, with a starter pack of pods provided on arrival.
The open plan bedroom boasts a cosy queen bed, with reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan keeping the space nice and comfortable year-round. The studio also includes a built-in wardrobe, allowing you plenty of space to unpack on your break away.

Light and bright, the charming white bathroom features a stylish shower and single vanity, with a large window providing glimpses of the gorgeous tropical gardens and bushland that surround you.

A shared laundry is located underneath the studios and provides a washing machine and dryer. For your convenience, an iron and ironing board are located inside the closet.
Start or finish your day by taking in your tranquil surroundings from the private rear balcony, which overlooks a beautiful reserve. This quaint space includes an outdoor dining table and seating for 2 guests.
Unfortunately this property is not pet-friendly.
Parking is available for one vehicle in the carport, directly beneath the studio.
Situated in the impressive Blue Bliss- House and Studios complex, 450m from Belongil Beach, this is the ideal location for a beachside holiday. This dog-friendly beach is a favourite with locals and visitors alike, while Byron’s Main Beach is a pleasurable 15 minute walk from home. The town’s world-famous cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping boutiques are also close by, with Byron’s downtown area a mere 1km walk or drive.

- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $500 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
