Augustine features a lovely, open plan living area which basks in natural light thanks to large windows and sliding glass doors. The interior is chic, elegant and unique, giving the house real character. Several large and cozy couches can easily give space to a dozen people to lounge in the living room, while a separate TV room and study provide additional places to find privacy or simply hang out.
Cooking & Dining
The kitchen has been created in a contemporary industrial style, featuring gorgeous, granite countertops with a complementary tile splashback that extends the entire height of one wall. It is well-equipped, spacious and modern, with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and wine fridge. Whip up a luxurious morning latte using the pod coffee machine with built-in milk frother for a barista-quality cuppa.
The heart of this home is a huge, centrepiece kitchen island. The chef of the group will never feel left out preparing meals here, while bar-style seating beckons you for a glass of wine or casual breakfast. Two additional dining areas outdoors invite you to enjoy every meal al fresco.
Downstairs, the master bedroom is a luxurious retreat with sliding glass doors leading onto the deck, plus a separate, cosy sitting area and a stunning ensuite with freestanding Italian bathtub. Another downstairs bedroom is appointed with 2 single beds and a Smart TV, making it the perfect space for 2 teenagers to unwind.

20 metres from the main house is a detached guest house with an additional queen bed and its own open-air bathroom with combination shower/tub.

- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
