This modern, three bedroom second floor apartment features an open plan kitchen and living area and an outdoor balcony with fantastic ocean views. Colourful contemporary furnishings complete the package. There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a third bedroom with single beds that can be made up as a king. The main bedroom has an ensuite, television and DVD player. There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms and the living area. The living room is also equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet is available at the apartment for your convenience. Enjoy uninterrupted views to Julian Rocks from your balcony......this is the perfect holiday apartment!

The complex has secure underground car parking for two cars. The unit is an easy walk along the foreshore into the heart of Byron Bay (only 400 metres away) and is a popular choice for families, singles and couples alike. 

This second floor apartment is perfectly positioned directly opposite a walkway to Main Beach, and an easy walk into Byron Bay's cafes, restaurants and shops; it’s far enough out of town to be peaceful, but close enough that you don’t need a car.

Main Beach extends east, becoming Clarkes Beach and stretches round further to The Pass. Clarkes Beach is popular with families. The Pass is known for calm waves and is an ideal place to learn to surf. The Pass is a long RH point break that peels off the headland below Fisherman’s Lookout.

  • A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
  • Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.

Fabulous apartment

The apartment was fabulous, just what we wanted from a beachside property having stayed at many we all agreed that it had the definite beach vibes and the only properties on the block that had the uninterrupted beach/sea view! I would 100% recommend this property to anybody and we would look to rebook if we are lucky enough to come back that way!

The unit was great! we were 6 people and we all had an awesome time. The best of the unit is the view to Shark island, the walking distance to the town and the Pass (including Light house if you are keen). Perfect for groups or big families. All beds were super comfortable. We will be back for sure.
