From the end of the deck you can walk down the stairs to the spectacular infinity pool and heated spa, drinking in the glorious landscape that surrounds you.
Coorabell Retreat is full of cool and quirky furniture pieces, including an eclectic chandelier, a huge white wash mirror and a corner daybed, perfect for curling up on with your favourite book. The living area offers a state of the art entertainment system, boasting a 55" LCD 3D TV, DVD and Sonos sound system. There’s also a chef-friendly kitchen, equipped with a spacious island bench and a host of high-end appliances.
This impressive property neatly extends to a second wing, which features a TV room with fold-out lounge, 2 queen bedrooms with built-ins, and a second bathroom - complete with a separate shower and bath. Every room opens onto the lower deck, offering fantastic views across the pool and valley below.
This 10-acre property is located at the end of Koranba Place, Coorabell, for guests who crave peace and quiet. Coorabell is a wonderful rural area, located only 10 minutes’ drive from Bangalow and 15 minutes from Byron Bay and Mullumbimby.
Please note, there is a separate house with permanent tenants living next door. There is no common wall and the 2 properties are separated by a large double-bay garage.

- Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property.
- Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
- No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
- No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
- No smoking inside the property.
- If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with A Perfect Stay/Byron Bay Holiday Rentals.
- We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of the licence fee or bond.
- A deposit of 50% of the total licence fee (including booking, marketing, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
- Bond of $1000 will be processed 1-3 days prior to arrival.
