To ensure both our owners and guests have confidence in us, we engage in a meticulous matching process of our guests to our properties to ensure the right guest stays in the right property, every time. A team leader is assigned to every individual property and our extensive cleaning and maintenance manual is carefully executed following every stay.  

We are also registered with the Holiday Letting Organisation and honour their code of conduct.

GUESTS:
I have booked with BBHR 11 times now (maybe more) and have been well advised each time. This property has been kept to the standard commensurate with the price. Which would keep me coming back. There have been times that i have rented property that is tired looking for the price and would make me look elsewhere for future holidays (eg Yamba) but with this sort of property this would not be the case. The house was well positioned for the town but on a quiet street. The weather was perfect, great time of year to visit.
