The open plan living area downstairs flows out onto spacious covered balconies with either a northerly or southerly aspect providing plenty of light, ocean breezes & places to chill out relax & unwind. The fully equipped kitchen is a pleasure for those gourmet cooks on holiday.
Upstairs you will find two gorgeous bedrooms - stylishly individual with their own ensuites (one of which has a spa bath & walk-in robe) & private balconies. Downstairs is the 3rd bedroom with main bathroom.
A short 2 minute walk will find you on Main beach & the eating houses, shops, cafes, Art galleries, cinema & yoga studios are all within a short walk from your front door. 'The Perfect Byron Getaway!'
Other features of the apartment include: air conditioning throughout, large rear screen projection TV, undercover secure parking for 2 cars & BBQ with outdoor setting. Linen & towels are provided, however you do need to bring your beach towels. Sleeps a maximum of 4 people.
