Seashells at Wategos is the quintessential beach house at Wategos Beach in Byron Bay. Spread over an impressive four levels and offering an array of outdoor and indoor dining and lounging areas, Seashells is perfect for groups or families looking to relax at the beach.
Harmony is created within the house with a beautiful atrium in the centre spanning three of the four levels. Seashells has been stylishly furnished with crisp and classic beach decor, and designed to make the most of the beautiful ocean views from every angle. White plantation shutters feature throughout to catch all the sea breezes and maintain the view while offering privacy when desired.
There are three bedrooms, two of which are on the mid level with two bathrooms (one featuring a sunken bath tub) and a fully equipped laundry. The master bedroom on the very top floor, embracing the full ocean views with floor to ceiling glass doors that open out to a private balcony. The master bedroom also features an ensuite; flat screen TV and walk in wardrobe.
There are two separate lounge rooms, all complete with large flat screen TV and DVD player. Both lounge rooms also open out to outdoor balconies and patios. There is a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area. A large covered BBQ deck also makes it possible to enjoy outdoor dining no matter which way the breeze is blowing!
*there is plenty of additional space for rollaway beds for children in the lower lounge area.
