Centrally located on Marvell St you can leave your car at home and enjoy Byron's many sights on foot. Both Clarkes Beach and the town center are less than a 5 min stroll away and the iconic Top Shop is literally a 30 sec walk up the rear lane where you will be able to indulge in the many delights this cafe offers.
Pineapple Cottage has just completed a full renovation and has been beautifully restored retaining many of the original timbers whilst also adding some classy mod cons to make that holiday special. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a modern ensuite with a huge shower, big enough for two. The second bathroom has been restored beautifully retaining the original bath and basin for some old school charm.
The kitchen and living area is open plan and contains all the mod cons to ensure your holiday is catered for on every level. After dinner sit back and relax to the latest movie on the state of the art BOSE Home Theater System with surround sound and a giant retractable cinema screen. The house is also equipped with Mystar Austar and WiFi internet for your enjoyment. There are ceiling fans throughout and reverse cycle air conditioning to keep you cool on those balmy summer nights.
Pineapple Cottage has ample covered deck space for relaxing and a fantastic salt water plunge pool and heated spa to lounge in after a day out and about. A large gas BBQ allows you to cook al fresco should you desire. The huge backyard is perfect for the kids or if you need even a larger space to kick a ball around then the local Recreation Grounds are only a few doors away.
The cottage itself has all mod cons, great cooking equipment if you enjoy cooking, beautiful linen and towels, an enormous back yard for the kids to play in and gorgeous sheltered verandahs where you can enjoy dining out of the sun or rain (as in our case!)
It is spacious, light and beautifully cared for. A real treat!
