"I just wanted to comment on how my experience with your company has been so far. This is actually the third place that I had attempted to get since the start of the year. It took me over 6 weeks to get an answer back from another holiday rental company in the area. It resulted in me calling them over and over after not getting replies to my emails when all I wanted was the details to pay for the deposit to the place. Another claimed their prices were from $500-$700 a night, which later was revealed to be $1500 a night! After beginning to become stressed and running out of time I noticed the place you had advertised. Basically I wanted to commend you and thank you for both your prompt replies to my investigations as to the availability and costs of stays with your company. You offered realistic prices and were able to tell me exactly if the place I was interested in was available on the requested dates. From there, you made the booking process easy and your communication regarding the rental was great. Understandably you may feel as though you have done nothing out of the ordinary in this case, but I assure you, compared to the other experiences I've had, your efforts are greatly appreciated. You have put my mind at ease about this little break I'm having and you have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. I'm looking forward to seeing the place and having a few days of R&R!"
