Cocos Beach House is your ideal holiday property being centrally located to Byron's delightful cafes, bars, shops and beaches whilst retaining a quiet tranquil atmosphere in a lane way setting.
Containing three bedrooms and two bathrooms this property can sleep up to 6 people comfortably. Two of the bedrooms contain Queen beds with the third having a set of bunks making a perfect set up for the families. The air conditioned living area is spacious and comfortable allowing you to relax to your favourite DVD on the large flat screen TV or listen to some tunes on the Ipod dock after a day out and about.
There is ample deck space with a large outdoor setting, hammock and a newly built extended deck area nestled amongst the tropical foliage where you can kick back on the deck chairs and work on your tan.
Cocos has a large lock up garage so you can park securely and leave the car where it is for the rest of your stay. This really is a property where everything is within walking distance...
Cocos comes equipped with a full kitchen with all the modern appliances for you to cook up a storm if you so desire.
