Each beach house includes 2 master king bedrooms with luxurious ensuites, the downstairs master has a unique outdoor stone shower. There are 2 additional twin bedrooms, (including additional shared bathroom) which can be converted into additional double bedrooms to sleep 4 couples very comfortably.
The upstairs entertaining family room, is equipped with large flat screen TV and sound system and Playstation 3, which will keep the kids occupied for hours, whilst the adults can enjoy the spacious downstairs entertaining area with an additional large flat-screen TV with surround sound, a 8-person dining room and the added bonus of an additional alfresco BBQ dining area on the undercover deck. Byron Luxury Beach Houses aims to provide the ultimate family/friends holiday experience is an indulgence like no other.
Additional luxury features provided to enhance your experience include under-floor heating, heated towel rails, remote controlled curtains, and a luxurious bath. Quality linen and luxury bath products and beach towels are also provided.
Complimentary, Sanctum natural bath and body range are provided for our guests as well as Byron Bay Coffee, Byron Bay Herbal and Black Teas and the World Famous Byron Bay Cookies.

The master bedroom I stayed in was excellent, loved the outdoor shower that was connected to our bathroom.
Great service was provided with replenishing our bath/face/tea towels.

This holiday was no exception. We are in Byron as you know by previous posts and I found us one of my best accom finds to date. BYRON LUXURY BEACH HOUSES on Shirley street is our home for the 2 weeks we are here and let me tell you they are beautiful. There are six four bedroom houses on the block all with outdoor decks and BBQ areas, all surrounding the shared in ground pool.
Downstairs has the kitchen and living area with stereo system and full glass doors opening out to the alfresco BBQ area. There are full laundry facilities with state of the art machines and detergent provided. The Main bdrm has a queen bed with an amazing en suite with one of my fave things an indoor/outdoor shower.
Upstairs has another living area with a main bed with en suite and another 2 bdrms sharing a bath room with a great bath.
All furniture and interiors are gorgeous and the appliances are all top notch. You can be assured that there has been no expenses spared when putting them together. The couch downstairs is awesome. I plan to get one similar for our holiday house, actually I am inspired by this house so much we will take a lot of the elements in mind with us when designing them.
Shirley street is the main drag into town and is a short 10 min walk to get to the heart of Byron. If you have a car each house has a garage and remote control to open the main gate and garage door. There are codes and electronic access keys to enter the property so it’s very secure. Belongil beach is just behind the property and takes a few minutes to walk there.
We booked for 11 nights and paid approx $5000 between 8 people so about $625 per person which for what you have here is a bargain. For group bookings rates may be discounted also. Peak season is obviously booked out sooner and has a higher rate but just be organised and book in advance. I must warn you that October Byron is a different Byron to Schoolies and New years Byron so just pick your time carefully for the type of holiday you want.
Trust me when I say that you will not be disappointed if you chose to stay here on your next Byron holiday. We plan to make this our regular accom choice for every return visit.
7 min walk from the town centre with fantastic shops and gourmet eateries.
The Byron pub on Sunday afternoon is perfect for live music and pre dinner drinks.
And walk along the beach to the Byron Beach Cafe for superb food and world class views.
I will always choose Byron Luxury Beach houses when staying in Byron.
