This Balinese style house features vast deck space around 70% of the exterior allowing for excellent entertaining, or quiet relaxing space. The upper deck adjoins the master bedroom, while the main living space downstairs (from the kitchen to the lounge room) is surrounded by decking.
The house also features a modern media centre with large 42" plasma, DVD, CD and AUSTAR. Email or social networking commitments are also at your grasp with wireless broadband throughout the house.
The Master bedroom, its en-suite, and deck are the only rooms upstairs, which help keep this section of the house very private. Breakfast on the upper deck whilst enjoying the stunning northern aspect is always a favourite way to start the day and a long warm bath in the en-suite is often the best way to finish it. A separate pavilion is the 2nd bedroom, with TV and ensuite, is separated from the main house by lush tropical gardens offering additional privacy.
The 3rd bedroom in the main house offers a Queen size bed, fold out couch and TV so is perfect as a kids haven.
