Designed with a nod to the New York warehouse style, the four bedroom house is spread over three stylish levels and air conditioned. Bathed in white with soaring ceilings, a huge skylight roof and ash-blonde floorboards spanning the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and large separate lounging area, the feeling is all comfort and seclusion. A small private balcony provides the perfect place for coffee and contemplation. Three bedrooms downstairs all with built-ins have their own access to private courtyards, whilst the gorgeous loft style mezzanine bedroom allows you to watch the stars as you fall asleep.


A sunny courtyard perfect for entertaining with a luxurious spa and BBQ, two additional courtyards for the downstairs bedrooms with seating, built in daybeds and outdoor shower. Tropical landscaping and double lock up garage with internal access and new Euro laundry. With major renovations completed on this property in Jan 2010 everything is new and state of the art including the kitchen sink.  The sparkling new Kitchen, bathrooms, courtyards, huge flat screen TV's, PS3 and appliances makes this holiday home the perfect getaway.

We stayed here for 3 night in January - we were extremely impressed with the place - the location was excellent and the house itself was perfect. Nice and clean with lots of space.
I'll definitely be staying there again!!
The Top Spot catered well for us. We had 3 kids under 2 years old and this property catered well for us with its open plan kitchen and living area so we could keep an eye on them! It was also clean, modern and chic which is what the adults were looking for. It was an easy stroll to the Beach and the centre of town and there was a cafe across the road which was convenient. The place was suitably equipped with everything we needed.

it feels like a very stylish home.. has all the top appliances and everything you could need.
We had a wonderful time at the house and seeing all the attractions at Byron Bay-loved how close it was to beaches and pool as we have very young children (1 and 3yrs) The house was well stocked and real estate were great about making it child friendly. Too bad no view but otherwise really nice, clean place to stay...
