A beautiful beach house in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the town and Byron's amazing beaches. Located in Ruskin Street, the property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and is the perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday in Byron. 

The main bedroom has a king size bed, LCD and cable television and air-conditioning, the second bedroom has 2  singles  LCD television, ceiling fans with a powder room, outdoor hot and cold shower and large undercover deck area. The third bedroom has 2 king singles that can be made as a king bed option and air-conditioning. The large living/ dining/ kitchen area faces onto a north facing deck area with outdoor eating facilites and tropical garden. The "chef's kitchen" is well appointed with modern appliances and dishwasher. There is an additional lounge area with library, open fireplace, air-conditioning and TV, and covered deck area with comfortable, cushioned daybed. 

Whilst crisp, white bedlinen and fluffy towels are provided, we ask you to bring your own beach towels. WiFi is available on request. High chairs and porta cots can be arranged. 

Please note that Byron Bay has a no party rule in all properties. 

There is offstreet parking available and ample street parking.
